Took a drive about an hour north west of the lake into border territory . Prettiest country we’ve seen yet with rolls fields , old cottages and Swiss houses and snow capped mountains !
Stopped in small town Premia where 2 restaurants refused to serve us lunch, but finally got a table at a little Swiss inn that served us their daily specialties ( no menu).
3 entrees and 2 mains each later we rolled out of there and headed to the thermal baths where we spent a very relaxing few hours outdoors in the hot water surrounded by snowy peaks and waterfalls ! A pretty special experience !
