Overnight stop on the drive back to Rome . Some spectacular views of Lake Zug and the mountain landscapes again driving back out of Switzerland . Arrive late in Orvieto so nothing was open still although Sebastian managed to track down a great place for dinner where he indulged in some wild boar pasta .
Day tour out of Zurich to visit Pino and Mica in Wintertur. Great lunch and catch up complete with a layer of powder snow the kids loved playing around with after lunch. Then took a drive to the amazing Rhinefalls – never seen so much water with so much power behind it ! Finished up
